Three people in Boston were shot last night throughout the city including a teen boy who was struck in the ankle, police said.
Cops said there have not been any arrests in the spate of violence that spanned less than two hours beginning shortly before 7:30 p.m. last night in Mattapan. All the victims survived their wounds, police said.
In the Mattapan shooting, police responded to 430 River St. for a man in his 20s who was shot multiple times. The man was conscious when he was treated at Boston Medical Center, cops said.
Minutes later, shortly after 7:30 p.m., officers responded to Children's Hospital where a teenager had been shot in the ankle, police said. He told investigators the shooting occurred near Allegheny Street.
At 9:12 p.m., officers responded to the South End near 664 Tremont St. because a male victim had been shot. He was transported to Boston Medical Center, police said.
